How to create a heatmap

Using AI assistance

Ask an AI query and select the dataset you want. For example:

"Build a heatmap for Bus stops of Barcelona."

1. Open the Layers panel and find your dataset layer.

1. Click the ••• button on the layer.

2. Select Heatmap from the visualization types.

How design of the heatmap

1. Open the Layers panel and find your dataset layer.

2. Click the ••• button on the layer to manage style:

Weight

Choose the numeric column used to influence heat intensity (e.g., capacity, rating, visits).

Color Scheme

Select from prepared palettes to define the visual style.

Radius

Controls how wide the heat spreads around each point (larger = smoother; smaller = sharper).
